Abstract

UN has sat 17 sustainable development goals to be achieved by 2030, SDG 3 concerned by
Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages. Unlikely, the world is facing a
global health crisis; COVID-19 which is the spread of human suffering around the globe.
The novel CORONA virus stretched its brutal arm to victims with unknown code & without
any understood pattern. Another burden and consequences of this global crisis was the
crazy consumption and misuse of antibiotics among patients and by physicians. This was

reported by many international organizations. WHO warns overuse of antibiotic for COVID-
19 as only few patients need antibiotics in their treatment protocol against COVID-19. This

will cause more deaths as it leads to tremendous increase in emergence of Ab resistant
bacterial strain. After devastation by the new pandemic and unexpected overuse of
antibiotics, it is prominent that, we will face post antibiotic era and dark ages of medicine in
the foreseeable future. Where normal surgical operations will be a threat in presence of
multi-resistant microorganisms and absence of effective cure. The main challenge is that the
pipeline for discovery of new molecules of Abs is nearly dry. Covid-19 together with drug
resistant infection obliged WHO to release its warning and ask for Urgent need for
immediate Solution Instead, we should return to nature to exploit it to arm our bodies to be
able to be protected against invasion by virulent pathogens. So to achieve SDG3 we should
adopt Back to Nature, which is a revolutionary approach to wellbeing. As Nature can
ameliorate both spiritual and physiological immunities to guard our bodies to reach good
health and wellbeing.
