God is conceived of as the Supreme Being, creator deity, and principal object

of faith. That is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, omnibenevolent and having

eternal existence. Allah, the one and only God in Islam. Christians believe God to be both transcendent and immanent. Yahweh, the god of the Israelites, whose name was revealed to Moses as four Hebrew consonants (YHWH) called the Tetragrammaton. The prevailing challenge of novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) is posed by God and will eventually be removed whenever He wants. This is a lesson, reminder and warning for mankind. The COVID-19 was initially reported in Wuhan, China during December 2019, and later people with COVID-19 were identified in different parts of the world. Thus, we aimed this study to examine the data from studies on COVID-19 to prove sovereignty of Allah. We have reviewed the available literature, research information and relevant scientific databases including bioRxiv, medRxiv, Google Scholar, Embase, PsychINFO, WanFang Data and PubMed. The search terms were novel Corona Virus, and COVID-19 structure. It is single-stranded, linear and non-segmented RNA genome. Coronavirus RNA is enveloped, helical nucleocapsid along with positive-polarity. The term corona refers to prominent crown protruding spikes. The Infected patients showed the syndromes resembling pneumonia, however, approximately 50% of infected individuals were asymptomatic. Studies showed that the virus was transmitted through respiratory droplets and having two serotypes OC43 and 229E. This virus has spread globally and there is no specific curative therapy available. However, certain precautionary measures including washing hands, using sanitizers frequently, avoiding public gatherings and quarantining or isolating patients can potentially reduce the transmission. Thus, if it concluded that the COVID-19 has modified the traditional health care practice. The current biochemical and clinical dynamics are changed to comply with the requirements of epidemiology and infection control. That confirms the sovereignty and supremacy of Almighty Allah.
